Our Personal Injury Law Firm
Helping Injured People in Toronto
I am Donald L. Granatstein, Q.C., LL.M., and I founded this law firm in 1966. Over the years, I have practised in a number of areas of law, including business law and estate planning. Today my practice focuses on helping people injured by negligence obtain financial compensation for the damages they have suffered.
My broad-based legal knowledge is a benefit to my personal injury clients. For example, you will not have to retain a second lawyer if your case involved issues of business law, estate planning or other practice areas.
Most of my cases are resolved in out-of-court settlements. If a case cannot be resolved through mediation or arbitration, however, I have the knowledge and experience to take it to trial. I have achieved a long record of positive results for clients in cases resolved both inside and outside of the courtroom.
Preparation and Service
I prepare every case thoroughly and treat them all, big or small, equally. I limit the number of cases I accept so that I can handle your case from beginning to end without handing it off to a low-level associate or paralegal. If you were injured in a motor vehicle accident, pedestrian accident or suffered another type of personal injury caused by negligence, you can rely on my experience and commitment to service.
I take pride in providing personal and responsive service to clients. I take the time to explain the steps in the legal process and keep you up to date on important developments in your case. If you cannot reach me immediately, I will return your calls ore-mails promptly.
There is a ½ hour no obligation to learn if we can be of assistance to you. Please contact me by e-mail or call 416 653 2442 (toll free at 866 825 2442) to arrange a free initial consultation and case evaluation. From my office in Toronto, Ontario, I represent clients throughout the GTA.
